The rules, in plain words

72-hour minimum: Your tier uses the lowest balance your wallets held in the last 72 hours, checked hourly. Buying and checking right away does nothing until you've held for 72 hours.
72-hour grace: If your balance drops below a threshold you keep the tier for 72 hours. Buy back in that window and nothing changes.
Linked wallets: Link up to 2 more wallets by signing a message from each. Balances add up. A wallet can belong to one owner only, and unlinking takes 72 hours.
What counts: Plain token balances in your own wallets. Not LP positions, not agent vaults, not exchange balances, not treasury or team wallets.
Thresholds: Holder is $100 or 0.01% of supply, Whale is $2,500 or 0.20%, whichever is easier. The dollar amounts turn into a fixed token amount every Monday 00:00 UTC, so price moves between resets never change your tier.
Losing a tier: Your funds are never touched. Agents on locked brains switch to your chosen free brain, intervals slow to your tier's minimum, and agents over the cap pause. Everything comes back when you qualify again.

On testnet, tiers use tLONG, a test token with no value. Holding Longbow's token gives access to product features only. It is not an investment, carries no rights to platform revenue or assets, and tier thresholds and features may change.
